What is our cast-iron cookware made from?

We use 2 ingredients: premium cast iron and kosher-certified, non-GMO European flaxseed oil.

How do I maintain Victoria cast-iron cookware?

Hand-wash the cookware using hot water and mild dish soap and dry it with a towel. Rub a thin layer of oil on the cookware and store it in a cool, dry place.

What makes Victoria products unique?

Our cookware is free of PTFE and PFOA and preseasoned with kosher-certified flaxseed oil for better-tasting food.

✔️Larger batch processing. The High hopper grinder has more capacity for grain content.
✔️Heavy-duty construction. Made of Cast-iron with sanitary double-tin plating to resist stains and corrosion, compliant with international regulations. High performance discs are made of anti-erosion white iron for maximum durability and performance on all types of grain.
✔️Grind Anything! Use it for home brewing, corn, barley, grains, Coffee, cheese, vegetables, seeds, nuts, coconut, spices, dried beans, cooked meats, etc. Note that this item will not grind wheat into fine wheat flour the way a stone mill would. You can adjust the grind using the adjusting screw, but for fine flour, you need another type of grinder. Please see images for coarseness examples.
✔️Capacity of adjustment. The clamp is easily adjustable to most tables and boards 1/2” to 2” thick. Comes with a protective non-slip rubber, protects your surfaces and prevents the grain grinder from slipping in heavy work
